- Be the HR subject matter expertise &amp; align HR best practices to business needs and employee expectations - Be an organization value champion and communicate effectively on alignment with business practices and HR context. - Develop an effective partnership with employees, managers, leaders and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network to understand and act on the pulse of the organization - Act as advisor to businesses in helping them manage people related matters from time to time - Enable managers &amp; leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment - Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure positive closure and enhance employee experience in the organization. Ensure HR transactions are executed within specified TAT, continue process excellence and align with standard organization practices - Handle performance management process of all employees in the designated area from setting up goals, to assessing their performance and identifying development gaps - Should have sound understanding of succession planning and help business in identifying of high potential - Monitor bottom performers and disciplinary cases. Drive performance related decisions. - Conducting exit interviews and reviewing attrition for taking corrective actions on regular basis. - Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions &amp; projects and ensure timely completion. Experience &amp; Skills - 4-5 years of experience and progressive responsibility in HR business partnering for high growth complex technology organization - Passion to work in a emerging and challenging work environment - Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture &amp; leadership. - Exposure in building effective and scalable people processes - Must be a people person and comfortable working with employees as a business partner to create the best employee experience. - Experience working and successfully interacting with cross-functional teams and in complex employee structure - Successful background in working on performance management, employee engagement and organization initiatives. - Excellent communication and listening skills; strong team player - Ability to work collaboratively across teams - Hands on, team player and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines. - Good technical proficiency with HR systems and MS Office tools. - Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills
