We work with leading financial enterprises such as Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Life, Aditya Birla Finance, UTI MF, Birla Sun Life AMC, Coverfox, ICICI bank, VP Bank (Vietnam), and more and help them create world class digital products as a part of their transformation assignments. - We are a 280+ strong team, headquartered in Bangalore and have built 120+ digital products for various enterprises in India, Singapore, MiddleEast and US - This opening is for Kuliza's Lending Software SBU which is in the business of implementing new age lending systems for banks and NBFCs across Indian and Global clients. We are looking for a rockstar account manager who will be responsible for mining and growing global banks across lending products within the geography and across multiple regions. - The AVP of Account Management - will be responsible for managing complete accounts for major global/ regional banks (anchor clients) or entire geographies and will actively collaborate with delivery and solutions team for up-selling (multiple loan products/ business units) and cross selling (new modules). He will have at least 4 - 6+ years experience in selling to banks and NBFCs and 5+ years overall sales experience. - Hence for this role we are looking at Smart, Entrepreneurial and Self- Driven Enterprise Sales Leaders for leading the sales for our New Age Enterprise Lending Software that is used by leading enterprise for originating, processing and managing loans. - This role will be based out of Singapore but will involve travel to countries across the South East Asia Region Here is what you will do everyday : 1) Own the revenue coming from an anchor client (Global Bank) And the sales costs associated to it 2) Facilitate and lead large enterprise pitches for Kuliza in order to mine and grow a global bank within the geography and across multiple geographies 3) Meet CXOs and HODs of the bank across the globe and pitching them relevant digital solutions 4) Work with client's business and procurement teams for cost negotiations and project closure 5) Work with pre-sales and technology sales team at Kuliza for large account pitches 6) Collaborate with the marketing team and run campaigns to mine and grow the account 7) Work closely with the delivery team and the client to propose and present solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives. 8) Work closely with the VP and Director, assisting in the development of business strategies. 9) Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data. Requirements : 1) Strong business development background with 4-6 years of experience in leading and managing Technology sales to BFSI enterprises. 2) BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent with a strong academic record from Tier 1 institute. Advanced degree or MBA valued. 3) Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies. Expertise in fintech space is an added advantage. 4) Previous experience of working in fin-tech startups or in enterprise BFSI sales is an added bonus. 5) Strong experience in building Enterprise technology solutions would be valued. 6) Ability to manage both at the strategic and operational levels 7) Willingness to travel extensively outside Singapore.
