Job Description Kuliza is looking for a highly experienced &amp; inspiring intrapreneurs (Client Service Managers/Customer success Managers/Project Managers) who will be able to handle million dollar accounts, who can actually handle our client accounts, grow the account profitability &amp; take ownership of the P&amp;L of the account Responsibilities - Having a wide range expertise in managing complex customer engagements - Prior experience in solution implementation, delivery experience, growing &amp; managing the account &amp; enhancing the profitability - Excellent client relationship management in managing escalations &amp; identifying upselling/cross selling opportunities &amp; resolving issues - Ability to handle large teams comprising of Managers, leads &amp; business analysts, take full in charge of it end-end - Proven experience turning red accounts to green &amp; thereby increasing customer satisfaction &amp; bringing client success - Should be able to handle &amp; manage escalations &amp; provide solutions &amp; must be able to solve problems effectively - Build &amp; Maintain continuous engagement with customers to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score), improve ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) - Must have the ability to collaborate with product &amp; cross functional teams to align with the delivery goals - Must take ownership of the account &amp; manage the P&amp;L of the account entirely to ensure high profits Desired Skills - Leadership Skills- To manage &amp; act independently &amp; take ownership - Excellent communication &amp; client management skills - Team Management - Decision making skills - Sales/business driven towards high profits
