Training Specialist

- In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by developing training programs that align with our company's core values. You will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing engaging curriculum and learning materials, and overseeing all aspects of training interventions. Your primary objective will be to boost workplace performance and drive professional growth within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

- To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for learning and development, excellent instructional design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with employees at all levels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will be critical in delivering impactful training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.

- Design, develop, and curate learning programs and content to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals.

- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

- Build all creative collaterals needed in day-to-day transactional work (like training calendar, invites for training programs, learning dashboards)

- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their learning journeys.

- Collaborate with the stakeholders to assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

- Create a roadmap for achieving learning objectives and enhancing employee performance.

- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of learning initiatives. and improves performance.

- Analyze data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for program improvement

- Prepare and present reports to demonstrate the ROI of L&D programs.

- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Masters's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Overall 5-6 yrs of rich human resource experience with atleast 3 yrs in training and development (essential).

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.

- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

- Strategic and creative mindset.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Proven experience in designing and executing multiple training events in a corporate setting

- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

- Sound decision making and organisational skills

- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
