Who are we?

- Kuhoo is a tech - enabled loan platform specifically designed to address the financial needs of students who aspire to dream big!

- Kuhoo is being set up as a student loan fintech NBFC platform that aspires to democratise education for all, especially for households that belong to a humble socio-economic background. We will work with most of the top universities & academic institutions across the world and enable students to get digital student loans for their education. Our solutions will be customized for individual needs by using advanced technology, data science and analytics.

- Kuhoo has raised $ 20 million as seed capital from a large and reputed Private Equity fund from Silicon valley.

What you will do :

- Develop, and execute people strategies to ensure best-in-class practices and experience during onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning, compensation & benefits

- Amplify our unique, high-performance culture and elevate our talent brand

- Be the primary trusted people partner and provide support and guidance for all people related matters

- Analyzing HR metrics and data for the business to show talent trends and provide insightful analytics to leaders; Run employee surveys and partner with groups to develop action plans

- Work closely with line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives

- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)

- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, design programs, participate in evaluation and monitoring of the same to ensure success

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

What we are looking for :

- 3-5 years of overall human resource experience with at least 2 years spent in HRBP role

- A flexible & agile professional, with an ability to execute tactically

- Ability to adapt & balance priorities in a rapidly changing environment

- Creative, result oriented and out of the box thinker

- Analytical data savvy mind set - ability to influence through facts and data

- MBA/Post-Graduate in HR from a top tier business school

- Knowledge of MS Office & HRIS systems

- Experience of working within financial services, banking or fintech is preferable
