What will you do?

- Establish best practices for quality and timely business reporting

- Develop, update and circulate regular and ad-hoc business reports to the organization

- Modify, revise and update scorecards, dashboards, and other reports

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements

- Collaborate with functional leaders and the business team to create or modify current reporting

- Review and analyze data and reports to highlight trends and make recommendations for process improvements and new business opportunities

- Help the organize adopt high-value and efficient reporting and analysis tools

Other Requirements:

Must - have:

- 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis role

- Master at Excel - Pivot, macros, graphs etc.

- Strong knowledge of SQL

Should - have:

- Good understanding of data visualization. Experience with Tableau etc. would be a plus

- Ability to automated and templatize regular reports and create standard dashboard

- Strong at data interpretation and trend analysis

- Proactive and driven to add value to business and customers

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate majoring in engineering, BCA/MCA, BSc. (IT) can apply

- Experience in Financial services and credit products would be an added advantage
