- Understand customer requirements and enhance standardization of operational processes and documents to meet customer service levels across regions - Review with the team on regular basis to confirm origins understanding on the customers- requirement in SOP/SLA, and reinforce origins compliance - Ensure the Regional Control Tower provides operations as well as technical support to AP origins in order to achieve the highest service quality and prevent potential service failures - Coordinate the on-boarding of new accounts and closely communicate with the implementation team for status. - Assist with Senior Regional Manager or General Manager to allocate resource to support the whole control tower functions to achieve the highest efficiency of resources usage - Coordinate with internal departments - Air, Ocean and most common working relationship relating to the roles to ensure SLA is achievable. - Liaise with country operational teams to deliver solutions to meet demands of the business, improve network and operational efficiencies in order to achieve SLA. - Leading the team to set up the checkpoint/monitor tool with stations for daily SOP compliance audit / KPI for each ISC customer(s) - Assist for mapping out operation process chart - Lead the team to prepare the daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to the customers/management - Serve as an expert for championing operational service excellence across the region and globally. Document communicate operational process improvements and case studies - Breaks down a problem, situation or process into its component parts, separates the main issues from side-issues, and understands the nature of parts and their relationship to one another. Seeks out and critically evaluates both numerical and narrative information. Draws accurate conclusions.
