- As a Global Manager Solution Integration, Road Logistics, you will have a high impact at Kuehne + Nagel, by integrating technology products and programs in partnership with our business leaders and then managing them across multiple stages of development and execution.&nbsp; - You will focus on the scale of strategic customer focused solutions and systems (which include several products, tools and features) to enable value driven trucking specifications defined by product owners based at Europe. You also will be scaling up our existing capabilities and helping us expand automation,, implement requirements for future growth and improve efficiency and service capability Your Tasks and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Drive and deliver the customer focused technology (quote, book and end to end visibility) along the road logistics supply chain. - Design and execute strategic project management for our core project of TMS enhancement and rollout in order to improve customer experience, user experience and cost. - Design and execute customer and carrier integrations from start to end including solution design, technology demonstrations, interface message preparation, testing and launch execution. - Execute technology sales programs, execute customer deployment, run RFP/RFQ procedures and generate sales leads and follow up senior sales management and with field sales in order to scale the technology impact in one of the fastest emerging regions globally. - Educate our internal Sales / KAMs / Vertical owners and enable them to promote and sell eTrucknow and eTrucknow LMV solutions - Drive finalising and confirming customer expectations and solution deployment. Support implementation and on boarding of customer. Develop customer reporting dashboards or packages to enhance customer engagement. - Identify new truckers to adopt into the product. Ensure clear service levels, KPI's and expectations are set and documented. On board and Implement new truckers into the product and support the roll out of any LMV tools. Support training of trucker Ops and Driver personnel in system usage. Collate and support trucker feedback on system development. - Develop reporting dashboards to show key metrics such as capacity utilisation, delivery performance, ePOD and volume metrics etc. - Support sales &amp; marketing with eEDM, social media and promotional content. - Raise the bar by analyzing, reviewing and implementing the best practices and learnings on the similar initiatives from the market Your Skills and Experience;&nbsp; - Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data and the principles of Lean/Six Sigma to understand, optimize and automate operations. - Passion for customer excellence, usability and value driven way of working. - Extensive experience managing complex technology programs and projects from planning through execution and sales lead generation - Exceptional technical skills to run database queries, understand machine learning, execute logical mappings and execute system integration testing. - Multiple years of experience in a related area preferably with planning and implementation of technology systems, tools and features with a customer experience, speed and quality focus. - Large Scale Logistics/Operations/Ecommerce/Visibility/Cost optimization experience are a clear plus - Willingness to travel internationally to manage a variety of stakeholders. - Proficient English language skills (additional languages, especially German, Polish or French, are a plus)
