- Manages all aspects of the KN Network Engineering services in Delhi - Develops a clear understanding of the customers needs and preferences in the region for supply chain consulting services, including those of KN stakeholders - Adjusts KN Network Engineering services portfolio and value proposition to fit the needs of the region if and when required. - Promotes the KN Network Engineering services to top management of key clients in the region and of KN and develops the supply chain consulting business in the region. - Manages the Delhi Network Engineering team, hiring, developing and coaching the team. - Ensures motivation and retention of high performers as well as continuity of the team's capabilities. - Acts as senior leader to steer and manage critical projects. - Monitors &amp; Controls the assigned budget of Delhi Network Engineering team
