Job Description :

Your tasks :

- Preparatory activities for payroll accounting (master data maintenance in payroll accounting and time management)

- Preparation of entry documents and letters such as: B. Changes in remuneration

- Manage and update personnel files

- Preparation of references and certificates

- General processing in human resources

Your qualifications :

- Completed commercial training

- First professional experience in human resources

- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and tax law

- Experienced use of MS Office and interest in digital processes

- Very good communication skills as well as an empathetic, friendly and confident demeanor
