Designation: PR & communication lead

Location: Corporate HQ, Hyderabad

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

1. Focus on developing a brand's narrative, financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

2. Lead the organizations communications team to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization.

3. Ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Communications planning

- Conceptualize, develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, for both internal and external audiences.

- Create and implement internal communication framework across the organization.

- Lead the delivery of a consistent brand and messaging strategy through across channels and initiatives.

- Support Senior Executives by designing and delivering a robust executive comms strategy, which includes town halls, quarterly messages, vblogs , CSR etc.

- Partner and lead the design and delivery of Corporate HR, diversity, wellness and learning communications.

- Effectively plan and manage crisis communication internally in partnership with Human Resources and Account Management.

Content and Channels Management

1. Write impactful articles, blogs and executive messages to support stakeholder priorities and drive engagement.

2. lead corporate and people stories for internal and external storytelling

3. Build and engage a strong delivery network across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground.

4. Manage everyday responsibility of managing identified channels (Broadcast email/ intranet/ newsletter/ magazine etc.)

5. Analyze and report on content and channels efficacy to develop/ revise communication strategy.

Public Relations

- Developing and carrying out efficient PR plans by converting brand and key messaging into media concepts and appealing tales can improve the company's brand awareness and corporate image.

- Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximise the company's brand exposure through interviews, editorials, etc.

- Analysing and reporting on the outcomes of PR campaigns and initiatives.

- Developing content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations. Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
