HR Manager

Job Description:


- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.

- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.

- Act as a mediator in employee disputes, providing guidance and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.

- Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development.

- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

- Implement initiatives to foster continuous learning and development within the organization.

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and address concerns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Other Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or HR certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
