What you'll do : - Lead full-cycle recruitment and hire top talent for open positions from creating the job description to scheduling and screening candidates; - Co-manage our on-boarding and off-boarding processes - Assist Manager's in coaching and guiding managers and employees on all things people-related, including benefits, employee relations, performance, career development, and engagement; - Build new, and iterate on, existing people initiatives, programs, and processes, including performance and development, training, and more; - Support the Managers with managing the annual and mid-year review processes; - Support and partners with the team on culture engagement, learning, and special/projects initiatives; - Creates and maintains HR Metrics including recruitment, diversity, and turnover data ; - Perform other duties as assigned and provide administrative support to the team when needed. What you should have : - Master's degree required, in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field; - 0 - 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist experience in a startup environment; - Demonstrated experience across full life-cycle HR functions (e.g. performance and development, recruitment, employee relations); - Experience working with external HR tools and proficient in Google Suite; - Proven ability to partner, build relationships, and coach employees across diverse groups and experience levels; - Solution-oriented and results-driven in approach to managing all HR processes autonomously from end to end; - Strong written and oral communication skills; - Maintain discretion and sensitivity to confidential information; - Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. - You pay attention to detail and don't miss the little things.
