Responsibilities :
- Work very closely and travel/accompany field sales to meetings with customers
- Work with sales to identify which opportunities are worth pursuing and providing support throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Kronos solutions to customers basis the pain point faced by a customer
- Clearly articulate prospect's business issues, needs and proposed solutions
- Operate in complex technology environments, for Kronos- larger customers, requiring a multi-product solution (Workforce Suite), as well as requiring integration and/or custom solutions
- Technically proficient to be able to develop customized solutions that the customer requires
- Engage and build relationships with customers to unveil the problem statement of the customer
What we are looking for;
- Someone who has experience being in a customer facing presales role
- Someone who has experience interacting with India customers and presenting business solutions at CXO levels
- Someone who understands the application space (ERP, CRM, HCM)
- Someone who is comfortable being an individual contributor and conducting presentations, demos and POC's independently
- Someone who is OK to travel 50% of the time
- Someone who comes with a consulting/solutioning background
- Someone who understands a product sales cycle and sales techniques
