Financial Analysis :
- Analyzing and interpreting financial results and forecasts (profitability, growth, revenue & margins)
- Modeling the financial impacts of a variety of business decisions and presenting options to Management.
- Review and analyze raw material costing, pricing and product-level profitability and perform cost benefit analysis to improve bottom-line.
- Providing financial guidance to the organization (budgeting and forecasting)
- Perform complex and occasionally highly complex analysis on revenue, margins, cashflows and profitability
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS/Dashboard on financial performance of the company as required by Management and providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Monthly presentation of MIS to top management, investors and stakeholders- with insights on company's growth, working capital position and profitability.
Accounting:
1. Manage & oversee daily operations of the accounting department
2. Co-ordinate with the finance team to prepare profit & loss statement, balance sheet and cashflow statements.
3. Review ledgers & co-ordinate with team for book closure activities
4. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
5. Take full control of finance operations and stay on top of key accounts functions of the company including receivables & payable reconciliation and collections.
6. Lead and support statutory audit and due diligence processes.
