Designation: Trade &amp; Customer Support - Advisory Team Location : Bangalore Experience : 2-4 yrs in an Analyst/Trade Support role at any financial institution / Fintech house, ideally client facing. - Kristal.AI is a dynamic digital wealth manager with a global reach. To achieve our targets and provide the best possible service to our customers, we are expanding our Advisory and Trading desk. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us on full time basis. - Our products are tailormade - Kristals-, which range from simple ETFs to sophisticated managed strategies which are a combination of 2 or more products and follow a rule based approach. We are rapidly expanding the universe of products covered and are looking to strengthen our team in that area. Key responsibilities will include: - Daily client order execution in global markets (US Trading hours until noon EST) Tracking, computation and reconciliation of customer trades. - Supporting the senior portfolio managers in analysing managed strategies, monitoring their efficacy and execution of rebalancing trades. - Aggregation and analysis of international client portfolios and trades and their efficacy and alignment with predefined investment strategies. - Supporting analytical work to improve our algo trading model. - Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - Graduate from IIT/BITS - Min. 2 yrs in an Analyst role at any financial institution / Fintech house - Strong attention to detail, able to adhere to a strict controls environment - Strong programming skills in Python is a plus - Knowledge of derivatives products is a plus - Primary focus on international clients &amp; portfolios - The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.
