Designation: Legal Associate Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune or Delhi Experience: 2-4 years (Post-Qualified Experience) Roles & Responsibilities: - General advisory work related to financial investments, commercial matters, personal data and contracts - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating diversified commercial contract - Draft, review, negotiate and finalise fund offering documents and investment related documents (such as Shareholders Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement) - Advise the on risks associated with third-party partnerships - Evaluate and render legal advice in support of services for the different corporate functions and business departments in the company - Drafting and reviewing of internal company/group policies - Being upto date on relevant laws and advise on the impact of laws, regulations and codes on current or proposed business activities - Ensuring minimal dependency on external counsels and strive to manage the legal advice in-house. Qualifications: - Degree in Law - 2 to 4 years PQE - Experience in PE/VC investments - Qualified to practise in India - Experience in contract drafting, negotiating and research work - Attention to detail - Articulate and possess good communication and drafting skills.
