Designation: Lead Financial Analyst Location: Bangalore Kristal.AI is a global, digital-first private wealth platform providing comprehensive and no-frills wealth management solutions for the entire spectrum ranging from sophisticated high net worth individuals to first-time investors. To support our next step in the development towards becoming the leading digital wealth management platform, Kristal.AI is expanding its global multi-asset structuring and trading desk and looking for an experienced person who can develop & execute multi-asset investment strategies as well as drive customer conversations/advisory around these. You will be working closely with our CEO, Asheesh Chanda (https://www.linkedin.com/in/asheesh-chanda-171a51/) who is an experienced Quant, Macro-trader himself. Key responsibilities will include : - Design and implement multi-asset investment strategies (including options/futures and other derivatives). These products are tradable globally with the focus being on HK and US exchange traded instruments. - Closely work with Product marketing to create effective marketing materials & strategies. - Advise HNI clients and Family Offices in these investments as well as their other investment needs. KPIs for the individual will be: - Build and manage multi-Private banks analysis tools - Consistent risk adjusted returns of client portfolios - Generation of additional AUM from investors - Please note that if you are someone keen on fundamental research or value-based investing, you will NOT enjoy this role. Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - Engineering + Management degree from a top institute; Prefer someone who a strong base in maths and quant algos. - 5-8 years work experience, preferably at a structuring or trading desk at any financial institution / Fintech house - Solid understanding of global markets and a variety of different financial products - Client facing experience is a strongly preferred - The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.
