Designation: Financial Controller Location : Bangalore Experience : CA with 2-3 yrs experience in a finance related middle-office / Ops role at any financial institution / Fintech house Kristal.AI is looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and management reporting. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us on full time basis and manage the accounting and management reporting function for all our group entities Key responsibilities will include: - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P and GL - Revenue recognition, invoicing and Fee debits - Preparation of Financial statements and MIS reports every month - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Preparation for statutory payments - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Timely and error free trade execution of customer investments & redemption requests Daily monitoring of Customer Cash flows (Cash in/ out) - Work with Technology team to ensure high data quality - Additional controller duties as necessary Key skills we are looking for someone in this role: - CA with 2-3 yrs in an accounting and management reporting Good Reporting Skills - Knowledge of various financial products - Strong attention to detail - Good knowledge of Ms-Office - Good knowledge of IND AS and Accounting standards - The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.
