Designation: Business Analyst - Private Markets Location: Bangalore Experience: up to 1 year About Kristal Private Market: Kristal Private Market ("KPM") is a business line of Kristal.AI, with a mission to democratize access to curated, high-quality pre-IPO investment opportunities in the private markets space and enhance liquidity in the segment. We are looking for an individual with leadership qualities and a passion for private markets investment business, to drive the syndication of such investment opportunities along with contributing to the business strategy and marketing of such financial products. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge fin-tech platform and also learn about global investments. Key Responsibilities To Include: - Collaborate with teams internally to structure and launch a KPM deal - Develop deeper understanding of company structure, business model, valuation, investor base and other relevant aspects of the private markets ecosystem - Spread brand awareness and drive client acquisition - Assist in planning and executing the PR and Brand Marketing initiatives - Design and execute effective marketing strategy and campaigns to reach relevant target audience across the globe - Work with team members on transactions and other ad hoc projects related to the KPM business - Understand the business, product and customer journey thoroughly to contribute to every aspect of the business - Collaborate with internal teams like product, operations, support, design, and more, to drive growth and solve for gaps Ideal Candidate Should Have: - MBA preferably in Marketing/Strategy or equivalent educational qualification - Up to 1 year of relevant work experience within banking or asset management will be beneficial - Self-driven, fast learner, team player and keenness to build career in fintech - Strong with basics, quick learner having analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions - Detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and technology driven high growth platform - Prior experience in developing and executing BFSI-oriented marketing and branding strategies - Tools Expertise: Experience on tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or their equivalent would be an added advantage What We Offer: - Market standard remuneration commensurate with the role and individual contributions - Congenial work environment to enable success for both the individual and the organization - High career growth possibilities while recognizing individual preferences and capabilities About Kristal.AI: We are an award-winning, technology driven wealth management platform, with business operations in Singapore, India and Hong Kong and covering clients globally.
