Roles & Responsibilities :

- Preparing project reports

- Preparing financial models

- Preparing pitch decks for startups/clients

- Undertake sector analysis and financial analysis of companies in a segment/sector

- Conduct Market research (both primary & secondary)

- Study & Analyse Central Government Schemes/Policies/Interventions with focus on agri/ food processing sector

- Study the valuation methodology/multiples considered by Private Equity players while investing in start-ups/companies (with focus on agri/food processing)

- Interact with investors/bankers for various projects

- Prepare responses to queries raised by Government agencies/ Bankers/FI/investors

- Undertake site visits for our projects

Required Skills & Experience :

- Excellent analytical, project management and teamwork competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound grasp of MS Excel and MS Power point

- Good understanding of financial and valuation principles

- Prior experience with any Consulting firm/ investment bank will be of advantage

- Interest in market research

- Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic start up environment
