Job Responsibilities:
- Closely work with stakeholders in understanding the hiring needs, create a plan to close all positions within the timeline.
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing successful onboarding of candidates
- End to end recruitment across positions allotted by TA Head
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, social networking, research, and mapping. Energetic enough to not rely only on job portals and work as a "sales person" rather just a tele caller.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Understanding the internal hiring process minutely and following the SLA end to end. Be a catalyst for the hiring team in suggesting new ideas for improvement on hiring and employee satisfaction.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
- Well versed with complete recruitment cycle
- Proactive towards closing positions within timeline. Good to have ATS and Technical assessment platform experience
- Supports workplace diversity
- Professionalism, capable of working in a diverse culture
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- 2-4 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Require experience in hiring, preferably in B2B SaaS sales
- Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
- Post Graduate in Management
