Product Specialist
Designation : Product Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in product demos to potential customers. Understand their requirements and propose solutions using the product features.
- Keep track of requirements from customers that are available, go deeper to understand requirements fully, not at a superficial level but on why they think the requirements are important and any other way it can be handled
- Onboard the customer - data integration, platform setup and configuration, customizations and training the customer teams.
- Track the usage of the product by the customer and try to increase the product adoption.
- Identify the problem areas that can be targeted to increase the product usage by the customer.
- Act as customer service SPOC and get the issues/bugs reported by the customers resolved.
- Interact with customers regularly to gather feedback, problem statements and feature requirements.
- Working closely with the Product and engineering team for product improvement.
- Onboard and train new customers how to use the platform efficiently
- Map the customer's business process to product capability
- Give personalized product demos and webinars to connect with customers.
- Identify and create opportunities in assigned customer portfolio of Enterprise customers
- Take ownership and accountability for ensuring customer retention and timely renewal
- Identify risks and implement risk mitigation plans
- Take initiatives to increase user adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and give quarterly and monthly review meetings to customers.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify champions for an account
- Capturing development areas for product improvement and drive interlocks with product managers and engineering for necessary enhancements
Requirements :
- Past experience of pre-sales and implementation with B2B SaaS products
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical understanding of products
- Past experience in project/program management, customer success and product adoption would be an advantage
- Good in stakeholder management
