Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & selection process. - Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions. - Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization. - Responsible for candidates prescreening & HR interviews. - Manage end to end recruitment process. - Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance. - Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience. - Create compelling offer proposals & explain the compensation & benefits to candidates. - Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding. - Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs. - Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research. - Manage Campus recruitment - Participation in TA programs QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS : - 3-5 years of Tech recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate) - Handled Campus Hiring end to end - Must have a bachelor's degree in any field (PG/MBA in HRA would be an added advantage but not mandatory) - Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and gets excited by working in a fast paced environment - Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle process - Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques - Strong knowledge to gauge a talent's qualification and correspond and communicate with them accordingly Team
