Primary Responsibilities:
1. Strategize and execute new program initiatives in line with the business targets of the organization
2. Create an assessment protocol to evaluate different programs and identify improvement areas
3. Manage team(s) with different types of resources having diverse roles and responsibilities
4. Provide timely and accurate reports of a program status during its life cycle
5. Coordinate closely with stakeholders & ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features
6. Understanding of the product, customer behaviour/requirements, etc
7. Product level enhancements.
8. Good with analytics/understanding numbers.
Skills and Requirements :
- Self-starter with a passion for independent and creative problem-solving
- Ability to take ownership, display high commitment and proven ability to multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high work pressure environment.

Location: Bangalore (Onsite only)
Experience: 3-6 years
Educational Qualification: MBA preferred
Salary Range : 8-22 LPA
