- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Create, Lead and Manage all sourcing strategies
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and ATS & vendors
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
- 10-12 years managing recruitment in Corporates/Start-Ups
- Must have a bachelor's degree in any field (PG/MBA in HRA would be an added advantage but not mandatory)
- Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and gets excited by working in a fast paced environment
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle process
- Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Strong knowledge to gauge a talent's qualification and correspond and communicate with them accordingly Team
