Roles & Responsibilities - Defining the category roadmap globally for digital products like Gift Cards, Vouchers, Experiences, Fintech instruments, Donations, Subscriptions etc. - Product, place, price and promotions of the category portfolio. - Manage supplier relationships for a range of global categories. - Good understanding of consumer demand and macro-economic trends in the categories. - Good analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets, forecasting, budgeting etc. - Work with marketing, sales and product teams to market, sell and build a seamless user experience. - End to end management of product i.e. from supplier to customer. You should be responsible for cataloging, quality, CSAT and revenue for the categories. Mandatory Skills - You should have at least 3 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories - Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills - Ability to adapt & succeed in a rapidly changing environment - Strong stake-holder management or client-management background - Should have managed monthly budgets of more than 1 Cr INR - Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask - Good oral and written communication skills Desired Skills - Strong negotiation skills - Strong quantitative abilities, problem-solving and analytical skills - A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing - Agile, willing to take ownership, early adopter attitude towards technology - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high work pressure environment - Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking Minimum Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 Institute - Should have at least 5+ years of experience in global category roles, preferably 2+ years of experience in fintech categories.
