Customer Engagement Campaign Manager Department : Customer experience - Kreditbee is looking for a Customer engagement campaign manager in their customer experience team who will the overall responsibility of increasing the user traffic on the social media channels (Facebook, INS, Twitter etc.) / accounts owned by Kreditbee Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop ideas and strategies for engaging users on various digital / social media channels - Break down the overall strategy into campaigns and develop a roadmap / plan to implement the campaigns - Work with the creative teams to develop content required for implementing the campaigns and post these campaigns in various channels - Develop KPIs to measure and improve user engagement on these channels - Work with the customer service team to resolve customer issues on the social media channels The Customer engagement campaign manager will be reporting to the program manager in the customer experience department. Requirements : - BE/BTech graduate with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or handling social media accounts of big corporates - MBA is not mandatory but preferred - Self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, strong ownership, high commitment and a strong business judgment. - Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work - Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Ability to work with multiple teams spread across geographical locations
