Objective of this role :
We are looking for a key man for our partnerships arm who can act as a growth propeller of business, establishing relationship with key partners and positioning Kreditbee as a preferred strategic business partner. He/she would ideate programs and data level strategies to grow the partnership model exponentially.
Role & Responsibilities:
- All account management/engagement with key partners - manage relationships & day to day business, identify opportunities and run programs to grow business
- Design and execute commercial partnerships and strategic initiatives across multiple product domains to enhance the partnership
- Funnel management of leads and ensure maximum funnel efficiency by regular interventions
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and analyze performances on time-to-time basis
- Serve as subject matter expert handling queries of partners and developing action plans to address them and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
- Proactively identify and address barriers and pain points for business - develop models and frameworks to create new solutions (e.g., data, pricing, franchise, compliance, legal,) that can help to overcome friction for partners.
- Identify product synergies and sales opportunities that support relationship development and business growth
- Collaborate with cross functional team members across KB and partners to plan and execute account level programs
- Design, develop and deploy project and program specific strategies. Launch lead experiments for new business models and set it up for success
- Have the ability to plan and execute programs within deadline value with prioritization, planning and detailing out of initiatives.
- Essentially, the ability to design and problem solve and manage data and product projects with strict timelines with tracking, coordination and reporting of initiatives.
Skill Set Required:
- Significant experience in financial industry or other startups in sales & business development, product management with demonstrated ability to strategize and execute with strong relationships in the relevant value chain/customer set
- Established track record achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships. Self-driven, strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and people skills
- Strategic thinker who should have the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative set-up
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to express a data backed viewpoint and -demonstrated ability to sell ideas internally and externally
- Analytical thinking, data-oriented decision-making abilities and dedicated to bring in operational efficiencies
Education: MBA from premiere institute(Tier 1 nd Tier 2) with 4 yrs+ experience
