Key Role and Responsibilities : - Develop and build new strategic partnerships in line with business goals - Identify new areas of business growth by researching industry and related opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor's activities - Establish and build strong, profitable, long term relationships with HR Tech, Corporate, Ed-Tech and other evolving tech and expand the partner ecosystem - Develop individual sales goals on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis - Cold calling and aggressive hunting for new prospects. Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead - Build a scale in business development by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, risk and marketing teams) - Identify target audience and devise effective campaigns; Lead generation through various sources - Experience of interacting with stakeholders, managing partnerships and business development - Knowledge of Fintech products and processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships - Strong analytical skills to identify the business opportunities - Keep a record of all client interactions, update trackers and follow-ups for all the on- going and in pipeline campaigns Desired Skills : - 4+ years of experience in strategic partnership and relationship management - Experience working in B2B sales - Fintech Industry Knowledge - Lead discussions at C and minus 1 level - Excellent communication and presentation skill - Can communicate product proposition effectively and persuasively - Cold calling, LinkedIn search to build potential customers and pipeline - Flexible, self-driven, and proactive Qualifications : - MBA / PGDM (Sales & Marketing) - Experience in Fintech Sales
