- Role : Brand Execution - Asst Manager Job Description : - Plan and execute brand campaigns ideated & strategized by the Brand team - Identifying right medium and partner to execute the campaigns - Budgeting and Negotiation with the partners - Monitoring of the on-going campaign across medium and improvising as and when required for any particular campaign or strategy - Coordinate with brand team for the creative development and alignment - Coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders for aligning all the process - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI - Monitor market trends, research on new medium and partners and competitors' activities - Manage and Maintain vendor and partner network across the channels and mediums - Devise innovative mediums to increase brand visibility and growth Experience - 3+ years of experience in the ATL, BTL & Digital Brand Execution - Location: Bangalore Mandatory Skills : - Proven working experience in brand marketing and execution - Proven ability to negotiate, plan and execute brand campaign across channels - Experience in identifying the right channel, partner and vendor to collaborate for the execution of the campaigns - Good understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong negotiations, budgeting and planning skills along with execution - Strong analytical skills - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers - Strong communication skills - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices - Degree in marketing or a related field
