We are looking for a passionate Business Development professional who can create Strategic Alliances and Partnership that can multiply our growth by 10X. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Identify and create alliances and partnerships with organisations that have a large customer base - Workout marketing and sales tie-ups with product offering companies - Build combined sales initiatives with product companies to offer Kredily as an add-on - In product Tech integrations with market fit consumer and enterprise products - Educate and nurture prospects with the sales and product team to onboard new clients. - Collaborate with implementation and product team to improve the product experience. What we are looking for - 2+ years of Corporate/B2B sales experience, preferably HR Tech / Fintech domain. - Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills. - Proven experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision makers. - Self-motivated, go-getter with the ability to work in a fast growing and challenging environment. - Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
