About Kredily:

Kredily is a new age HRTech + Fintech Startup with a Disruptive Monetization Model backed by a top VC fund. We offer our HRMS/Payroll Software FREE of cost to companies and monetize through Lending to the employees.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founders at one of the fastest growing HRTech companies in India. Founding team comes with IIT/IIM credentials and extensive experience in advancing and executing disruptive ideas.

We are looking for a passionate marketing professional can create Kredily the default HR and Payroll Software for India.

Job Description:

i. Product Marketing:

- Define the overall plan for product marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it. The following points list out some of the initiatives that are already planned.

- Design and develop the website home page based on understanding of our customers and offerings

- Understand the different modules offered on Kredily's platform and build content to explain key highlights, customer problems that are solved, and how to effectively use all the modules.

- Segment the potential customer base, understand the use cases for each segment, and develop customised landing pages to communicate the same

- Design, implement and own initiatives to communicate the value proposition using rich content & marketing collaterals including white papers, case studies, testimonials, brochures and customer videos

- Design the navigation flow for customer landing pages on Kredily's website, and develop content for each of the customer segments

- Collaborate with the Product team to manage product updates and newsletters, and to communicate new features and product hacks to build customer engagement and enable users to leverage our platform better

- SEO - Target to make Kredily No.1 in Searches in 6 months across categories of Payroll Software, HRMS, Leave Management, Attendance Management

- Performance Marketing - Create a strong Performance Management engine for Google / Facebook through Intent driven and non intent-driven searches (UAC).

ii. Newsletter Operations:

- Design, implement and own the strategy for delivery of newsletters and short content videos via online channels including email marketing, blog, and social media

iii. Lead Management:

- Establish an understanding of customer use cases and design CTAs on the platform for effective nurturing and assignment to sales team

- Manage CRM. Improvise the automation processes to capture inbound leads and assign them to the sales team, and make changes to the process to ensure improved conversion and enhanced customer experience

iv. Communications & PR:

- Manage communication of Kredily's brand across different platforms including blogs, news and social media, SaaS marketplaces, and other channels

v. Partnerships:

- Develop and execute the events strategy of Kredily, including setting up Kredily organized events / partnerships for external events, and collaborating with other internal teams to represent Kredily at these events
