The role has been conceived to drive the revenue growth, marketing and development strategies in the personal business segment. Objective : To provide direction to the personal segment for managing and growing the sales of Products and services (Equities &amp; Wealth) through systematic planning and strategizing of business plans for implementation across different channels. Key Accountabilities : - Planning and developing business enhancement and distribution strategies for implementation across all product platforms in coordination with Head Business Operations. - Managing the profitability of the business - Marketing of product platforms, investment products and services across the offline, online and Partner channels. - Increase in customer base and AUM through systematic planning and implementation. - Customer Relationship Management - Goals and Targets management across all products as per business plans - Building high performance teams, through performance management, active mentoring, coaching and conflict resolution.
