Job Purpose:
To provide Solution based platform to the clients and ensure setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy both for customer acquisition and product sales with a view to enhance business.
Major Accountabilities :
- Manage the Digital platform and its development with timely enhancements
- Plan the IT Infrastructure for digital products testing and implementation.
- Manage the portal and application development and its complete life cycle including UI/UX, Integration and maintenance.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Build the brand management and communication strategy
- Planning & Execution of Targets based on strategy defined and goals set for cross selling and up selling of products.
- Manage the Client Acquisition targets assigned to various products.
- Oversee and manage all digital and social media properties of the organization.
- Measure and manage online content
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Plan and execute the Customer retention and Sales Strategy
- Plan and execute the Product/Idea Distribution vide digital platform.
- Package the ideas for pulling in the customers for revenue generation.
Ideal Background:
- Deep & clear understanding of the businesses and various product lines like Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, PMS, Insurance, Financial Planning.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Relevant Work experience of 5+ years in the Capital Markets covering the above product & service lines
- Educational Qualification: MBA, Marketing
