Develop recruitment plans and strategies to source and identify active, qualified passive and non-passive job seekers 3. Partner with hiring managers to understand positions, skills needed for success, and overseeing processes, tools and resources to support the talent selection process 4. Coach hiring managers and interview teams around effective interviewing methods to ensure a consistent and fair practice 5. Regular Communicating with Stakeholders to understand requirement as per the requisitions 6. Preparing and managing pipeline and selective data. 7. Headhunting - Identifying and approaching candidate as per the requirement 8. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program
