Job Purpose : Heading the entire marketing activities for Domestic division. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning for different range of products for specific customer requirements. Oversees the brand imagery, adherence and quality of all marketing assets and promotional materials. Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand imagery on established parameters through the entire range of online and offline marketing channels. Specific Requirements: - Experience with creating 360-degree marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan for the entire financial year - Experience with digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing - Media Buying and Planning - TV, Radio Outdoor and Print - Understanding of production (Media &amp; POSM) - Understanding of public relations Key Responsibilities: Marketing Budgets and drive - 50% - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals - Responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising managers, PR agencies, media houses, social media and related domains Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals - Market research analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies - Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics - Monitor marketing spends across region/across brands - Ensuring ROI from marketing campaigns and preparing short term and long term goals basis campaign success or performance. ATL &amp; BTL Planning &amp; Execution along with Designing &amp; Packaging - 20% - Identify prime properties to run ATL activity including TV, radio and print media to maintain TOM recall within target consumers - POSM Designing and Implementation as per requirements - Packaging Design and Optimization of costs in packaging - Building relevant channels &amp; communities for brand promotion and loyalty Social Media and Key Events - 15% - Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics - Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support - Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads - Participate in key exhibitions to generate business leads. - Analyze and participate in Events &amp; sponsorships which would give added mileage to brand and business - Managing the E - commerce portfolio of entire brand range and ensuring growth across SKUs Public Relations- 15% - Brief and drive Public Relation partner on regular basis. - Maximum pull for brand in terms of print, news, media alerts, and interviews opportunities. - Identify key influencers, bloggers, nutritionist association, chef's as Brand Ambassadors to activate brand as most preferred brand across multi ethnic target group Team Size: 7 Direct Reportees Reporting to : Business Head (Sales &amp; Marketing) Education Qualification: MBA Marketing from Top Tier 1 or Tier 2 College, Experience Range: 8 - 16 Years
