About the Role : As a Program Manager, you would be responsible for managing and delivering a world-class online education experience for Kraftshala's students. You would be part of a creative, dynamic environment and tasked with the goal of establishing our program experience as the absolute gold standard in higher education. The set of programs in the vertical includes Brand Building, Sales Leadership, Integrated Digital Marketing, Professional Brand Management and Growth through Digital Marketing. - Any person who joins our team needs to share our passion for positively impacting students- careers and, in process, changing the landscape of higher education in India. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of 4, including interns, to manage the complete user experience: ideation, execution, and feedback. Student Experience : - Coordinating with various stakeholders for seamless delivery of programs, including subject experts, industry managers, current and potential students, and internal teams managing content production and technology. - Design metrics for success and closely monitor and review performance at a weekly, monthly, quarterly level with targets Process Optimization : - Responsible for defining processes, Student Experience and performance benchmarks - Define processes and tightly manage execution timelines - Working with the product and technology team to automate processes Community Outreach and Relationships : - Onboard industry professionals as coaches and mentors to deliver best-in-class experience - Work with marketing, web-team, to build effective marketing program, newsletters, and much more to keep the community updated. Student Engagement : - Design student engagement activities to constantly build relationships - Organize events to delight the students over and above the programs Basic Qualifications : - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to build and manage stakeholder relationships - High learning agility to draw from new knowledge and experiences - A strong penchant for problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and tactically - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential - A strong track record of roles that required organizing and multitasking skills - Good written and oral communication skills - MBAs are preferred
