KPMG - Strategy Consultant

- Support the project manager and team members in delivering end-to-end project deliverables, services in meeting specific requirements of our clients in the business area

- Contribute to project delivery as guided by Associate Directors / Managers - in design, development and delivery of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives.

- Independently lead modules in projects and guide Analysts and Associate Consultants in delivery.

- High business awareness and general information of sectors/ solutions, focus on productive work.

- Effectively engage clients in discussions related to project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights.

- Work towards specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area and develop independent point of view in chosen area.

- Working to continuously enhance Client delight and customer satisfaction

- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms' standards of code of conduct, ethics, and client satisfaction standards.

- Experience in education/skill development/ livelihood/social sector in India would be an added advantage

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from Tier 1 colleges only.

i) 5-10 years of experience as a front-end Strategy Consultant.

ii) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

iii) Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and business modeling.

v) Project management and multitasking abilities.

vi) Interpersonal skills for client collaboration.

vii) Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.

viii) Professional certifications a plus (e.g., PMP, CMC).

ix) Open to travel basis business requirements.
