Job Responsibilities

- Support the project manager and team members in delivering end-to-end project deliverables, services in meeting specific requirements of our clients in the business area, support in quality and risk management activities

- Leads specific module of the project or act as quasi manager; Lead work streams and manage independent pieces of work

- Works to continuously enhance quality of services to deliver client satisfaction and delight

Market presence

- 1. Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field

- 2. Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment

- 3. Contribution to new solution development

Delivery excellence:

- 4. Support client discussions/meetings

- Effectively and tactfully engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks/ project delivery and provide new perspectives/ insights

- 5. Ensure quality output requiring minimal changes

- Displays sound judgement on engagements - timely escalation and client expectation management

- 6. Ensure adherence to committed timelines

- Deliver consistent client delight

- Provide support for billing and collection.

Qualification

1.Total Exp: 5+ years. In healthcare or any sector.

2.Consulting experience of minimum 3+ years in consulting in any sector and worked on.

3.Market Analysis Study/Market Sizing & Opportunity Assessment/Market Analysis Study/Growth strategy.
