- To review the tax returns completed by preparers based on the Technical Training imparted while joining the Team.  - Return review needs to be done as per the instructions provided by Supervisor/Client.   - Apart from Return review the job requires substantial theoretical and applied knowledge to undertake constructive thinking in a problem-solving situation  - To review the return for accuracy and completeness of the same.  - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.   - Raising review notes and information request for further details if require.   - To Obtain Proficiency in using the tax software   - Updating the daily or monthly tracker  - To ensure adherence to SLA at all times.   - To ensure that work assigned is completed within the stipulated budgeted time.   - To analyze the feedback provided by client and take cognizance of repetitive errors.   - To provide necessary feedback to Associates on regular basis and ensure that they are appraised of their repetitive errors.   - To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Team Leader/Assistant Manager.   - To report all missing information/Request for additional information from the client.   - To Gain substantial theoretical and applied knowledge to undertake constructive thinking in a problem solving situation wherein complex issues are involved.   - To consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and also improve the means of working on the tax returns.   - To Manage workflow for self and for Associates when assigned in absence of team leader.  - To provide regular project related updates to Team leader.   - To attend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve it's overall efficiency.  - A Bachelor's Degree (B.com)/Post Graduate Degree (MBA)/ from an accredited university. CA/ICWA Inter.  - Should have very good communication skill writing/oral.   - 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting/Tax.  - At least 2 years experience in UK/CA/AU or Indian Tax.  - Experience in working with MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
