KGS- Account Management Support Hub is a strong 100+ member team of Account Management experts currently serving account teams across 7 geographies.

- The Account Management Support(AMS) capability at KGS works as an extension to onshore client servicing teams in KPMG. We provide insights on account performance and help find more effective ways of collaborating for global account teams. We also help improve operational efficiencies by eliminating time-consuming processes onshore, and support business development

Roles and responsibilities :

We are recruiting for a Business Associate/Senior Analyst in the KYC team of Account Management Support team. Working in this team, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting desktop research on entities and individuals using a variety of other global and country-specific online sources, databases and language translation tools (for non-English searches)

- Databases may include corporate registries, company websites, regulatory websites, stock exchanges, litigation databases, news aggregators, professional and social networking sited amongst others

- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative information

- Summarizing information into concise and accurate reports (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel or other formats)

Essential skills required Education / professional qualifications

- Graduate or MBA/Master's degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent

- Post Graduation/diploma

Prior Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in secondary research and due diligence on entities/individuals using online research databases (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)

- Understanding and experience in AML or ABC domain would be an added advantage

Required skills:

- Secondary/desktop research skills

- Strong narrative writing and analytical skills

- Basic accounting knowledge will be preferred

- 2-3 years of experience in secondary research and due diligence on entities/individuals using online research databases which may include, commercial registries and corporate databases in a variety of countries and languages company websites, regulatory websites, stock exchanges, litigation databases, news aggregators, professional and social networking sited amongst others

- Understanding and experience in AML or Anti- Bribery Corruption (ABC) domain would be an added advantage

- Good communicator both verbal and written and then face to face as well remotely

- Works well within a team environment
