Manager - Audit Valuations We are recruiting for a Manager in the iRADAR team. Working as a Manager in this team, your will be required to : - Conduct end to end independent quantitative valuation of portfolios comprising of fixed income and OTC derivatives. - Manage workflow, delivery, team utilization and act as KGS point of contact for the geography assigned - Be responsible for the high-quality timely delivery of projects by self and the team members - Be involved in recruitment, learning and development and performance management - Be able to derive the strategic initiative within KRC - Build strong brand equity with onshore stakeholders - Identification of issues and reporting the relevant valuation analysis. - Write completion memo and reporting slides for the engagements. - To undertake assignments with medium to complex instruments within the portfolio - Highlight key observations and discuss with the Frankfurt team. - Establish strong professional relationships with Frankfurt team members. - Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently and lead a large assignment reporting to a Senior Manager. - Lead and coach a team of valuation professionals. Review the work performed by the subordinates and become first point of support for them including training on different asset types. Job Requirements : Mandatory Skills : Qualifications : Must have Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Economics/Commerce/ Mathematics and MBA with specialization in Finance Additional certifications : CFA/FRM/CQF Total Experience : The candidate must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm/professional service firm/third-party KPO Skillset: - Prior experience in fixed income valuation, Derivatives valuation based on DCF or Cash flow modelling. - Product knowledge of various financial instruments such as Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Government and corporate bonds, Securitizations etc. - Proficiency in use of MS excel - Experience on valuation tools provided by vendors such as Reuters, Super Derivatives, Bloomberg etc. - Strong knowledge and hands on experience of working on financial models - A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business, economic environment and sound commercial acumen - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong team handling skills to effectively lead a team and guide junior colleagues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) Preferred Skills : - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values - Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and leading a team during larger projects. - Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
