Skills Required:

- Total 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years hands-on experience on tools such as Oracle Identity Manager (must have), Oracle Waveset, Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Entitlement Server, Oracle Privilege Access Manager, Oracle SOA

- Expertise in developing in-depth system configuration documentation

- Ability to devise creative solutions to complex technical and architectural issues

- Experience of leading at least two to three successful, enterprise-scale IAM implementations in a solution architect role

- Minimum 2 years hands-on Java development experience - Core Java, Servlets, Struts, Spring

- Demonstrated understanding of common programming practices

- Expertise in one of the following application servers: Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBOSS, Tomcat

- Working knowledge of SAML, SPML, SOAP, BPEL and web services

- Hands-on experience with Enterprise LDAP implementations and infrastructure methodology

- Experience of devising logical and physical architecture for complex, n-tier enterprise applications

- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following RDBMS systems: Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, including strong SQL query skills

- Understanding of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) including top-down and bottom-up role modelling methodologies

Responsibilities:

- Leads the collection of business requirements and creates the design/architecture used in implementation of IDM and IAM solutions

- Mentors and leads the implementation team, providing oversight for all technical deliverables

- Reviews technical deliverables created by the implementation team

- Creates and maintains architectural blueprints and design specifications

- Coordinates and communicates with business and technical stakeholders

- Ensures timely execution and delivery of assigned project deliverables

- Provides software installation, configuration, integration, and support

- Assists customers with business process modelling, analysis and governance

- May act as project manager on some projects where one is not assigned

- Working with geographically distributed teams and in a virtual organization

- Should be flexible to travel on short term business assignments

The candidate:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B-Tech, B.E, MCA) from a reputed college

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus and demonstrable ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

- Excels at presenting to a senior-level audience

- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

- Must be self-motivated

Selection Process
