Work Experience: 2+years (Real estate sector experience required) Skills Required: - Experience of working on consulting and advisory engagements conducting market assessment, feasibility studies, highest and best-use studies. - Good understanding of the valuation approaches utilized to value various real estate assets. - Working knowledge of financial modelling / financial analysis, general understanding of the real estate market, understanding of Government procurement processes (experience in PPP Transaction Advisory will be an added advantage). - Other: Excellent report writing, presentation and financial modelling skills
