The individual will be required to: - Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines - Drive the solution thinking within the project team with assistance from the Project Manager - Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments - Support proposals and other business development activities TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED The individual should have had work experience in: - Delivering large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions - Experience of working with clients in areas around - Driving customer lifetime value of products through deep analytics and help clients quickly integrate massive amounts of disparate and new sources of data, providing a 360-degree view of customers - Maximizing revenue and margin at every step along the consumer decision journey, from acquisition to upsell/cross-sell to loyalty and retention to debt management owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on unlocking remarkable experiences for telecom customers. - Articulating their customer strategy and vision for customer experience - Improving and optimizing customer experience and create real and quantifiable value for telecom companies - from price to product to customer service- and determine the right level of CE to provide, based on a combination of customer expectations and the relative value of each customer segment. - Creating telecom products and plans bundling strategy along with go-to-market roadmap - Optimizing telecom customer segmentation strategy - Designing and implementing change initiatives considering digital and non-digital interaction models - Experience in atleast 2 projects of the above nature - A working knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques using excel / pivots and any other analytical tool software - Good communication skills and presentation skills. Easy orator and ability to develop and translate the consulting view point to the client senior stakeholders - Hands On experience in SFDC / Flytxt / Product Bundling Tools / Customer Journey Maps / Design Thinking preferred. BACKGROUND REQUIRED - MBA from a top-tier business school - 4+ years of experience with excellent understanding of customer led business transformation - Experience in working with - C- level executive clients - Prior consulting experience with premier consulting organizations and/or prior telecom operator experience (minimum 2-4 years)
