The individual will be required to: - Lead and Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines - Drive the solution thinking within the project team with minimal assistance from the Project Director - Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments - Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts - Manage the project economics by managing invoicing, collections and managing project expenses. - Drive Knowledge Management; mentor &amp; develop young consultants - Support proposals and other business development activities &nbsp;TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :&nbsp; The individual should have had work experience in: - Leading and delivering large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions - Experience of working with clients in areas around - Driving atleast 3 successful digital transformation, including customer experience/episode redesign, future customer value proposition design, omnichannel strategy, advanced analytics and robotics, IT, and Agile Enterprise transformation - Maximizing revenue and margin at every step along the digital transformation journey, from acquisition to upsell/cross-sell to loyalty and retention to debt management - Adept at Design Thinking workshops and translating design thinking methodology to build a user-centric digital transformation - Specifically worked on chatbots, digital CRM transformation, robotic process automation strategy - Improving and optimizing customer experience and create real and quantifiable value for telecom companies - from price to product to customer service- and determine the right level of CE to provide, based on a combination of customer expectations and the relative value of each customer segment. - Creating telecom products and plans bundling strategy along with go-to-market roadmap - Driving projects in BSS / OSS greenfield and brownfield set up including process optimization, high-level architecture and change management - Experience in telecom BSS softwares - Project management - independently managing teams (minimum 4-5 people member teams) - A working knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques using excel / pivots and any other analytical tool software - Good communication skills and presentation skills. Easy orator and ability to develop and translate the consulting view point to the client senior stakeholders - TM Forum Digital Maturity Model certification and/or familiarity preferred. BACKGROUND REQUIRED :&nbsp; - MBA from a top-tier business school - 8+ years of experience with excellent understanding of customer led business transformation - Experience in working with - C- level executive clients - Prior consulting experience with premier consulting or IT organizations and/or prior telecom operator experience (minimum 4-5 years)
