Urgently Hiring CA Fresher- Insolvency team- Delhi

Requirement- Audit experience with good firm :

- Understating on various Banking products for Corporates

- Detailed understanding on RBI regulations on NPA/Stressed assets and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

- Understanding of various Restructuring Products (Financial Restructuring/ OTS/ ARC Sale, etc) in line with RBI Guidelines

- Assist the Insolvency Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution process as per the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

- Project Management, taking control of the operations of the company, cash management, overseeing the accounting and operations of the companies.

- Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of the corporate debtor and assist in day to day operations of the company.

- Undertake claim management process, assist in preparation of information /asset memorandum, release of EOI, run the due diligence process for the Investors, review of financial models/ resolution plans as submitted by the Investors.

- Ability to understand and work on Resolution plans and co-ordinate with Lenders/Banks who are part of Committee of Creditors.

- Independently assimilate and filter various sources of information to identify well-researched deal opportunities.

- Ability to work on various databases including EMIS, Capitaline, etc.

- Ability to analyze financial statements of the companies and identify areas of stress and assist the team in research work.

- Coordinating pitch presentations to obtain new mandates.

- Have a good insight of the industry and the key trends on the sectors into stress

- Providing actionable ideas and generating leads to contribute to the growth of business.
