Job Description - Regulatory Reporting

Job Location : Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

General: Assist KPMG clients to comply with new and complex regulatory reforms

- Assist clients to comply to Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) / Dodd Frank stress test (DFAST) / BASEL / Volcker / LCR regulations

- Assist clients to create and compile accurate CCAR 14A/Q / FFIEC /LCR reporting

- Create process flows for regulatory processes across financial institutions

- Assist clients to develop data management and mapping exercises in support of efficient and controlled regulatory report production

- Assist clients in validation of RWA calculation under Basel III

- Assist clients in quality control reviews of stress testing documentation/ICAAP

- Assist clients to identify and analyze best practices supporting broad regulatory reform, functional accountabilities, enabling technologies, and consolidated data management and governance strategies

Required Qualification:

- Master's degree in economics, Math, Accounting, MBA preferred from leading Indian/International educational institution

- Banking experience in FP&A, Treasury, Product Control or Regulatory Reporting with a top tier global bank preferred

- Working knowledge of RWA, Capital & stress testing concepts

- In-depth of understanding of retail, wholesale and investment banking products

- Demonstrated skills utilizing high level computations mathematical skills

- Theoretical understanding of bank regulatory reform, stress testing, and capital planning

- Fair Knowledge on Liquidity management and related concepts

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

- Leading consulting experience / Professional Certifications such as FRM, CFA / Working knowledge of Bloomberg a plus
