KPMG - Associate - Investment Banking - M&A Team - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI/CA

We are looking to recruit an Associate with 1-4 years of relevant Investment Banking experience for our M&A team in Bangalore.

Job Description:

- The role entails working on Buy Side, Sell Side and Fund Raising engagements.

- Prepare collateral for meetings and pitches (including Information Memorandums and Teasers)

- Provide support in the execution of transactions from end to end (deal origination to execution)

- Manage Due Diligence process and assist in preparation of data rooms

- Create Financial Models, and undertake valuation exercises / financial analysis on companies

- Assist in industry research, market analysis and identifying new opportunities

Preferred Credentials:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute / CA

- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking

- Require good financial modelling and presentation skills
